Monthly refreshment training:
Every month PGT organize a one day seminar which is attended by all pastors and lady workers. This meeting brings spiritual strength, inspiration and motivation among them. Also this provide opportunity for sharing their experiences and the tactics to be adopted in due course of time.

Mobile Bible School:
Many dedicated evangelists have been reaching the unreached villages at their own risk amidst unfavorable surroundings, which results in many hearing the Gospel and coming in to faith. They conduct open air meeting, gatherings, etc. But then, the remote villagers aren’t able to attend these meetings because of the lack of transportation and other facilities. Hence, many of the new believers are lacking the knowledge in God’s Word and in the difficult times they tend to go away from the faith. Therefore, the PGT Mobile Bible School is formed up in such a way that we can get into the remote areas and teach the new believers from the Word of God to strengthen them, to encourage them and help them stand firm in the faith of Jesus Christ even in the face of adversities.

Senior Pastors are taking Bible classes for the new believers while the team members visit the surrounding house and share gospel with them and invite them for the evening gospel meeting. The thirst and initiative of new believers for learning from the Word of God is giving much encouragement to the team. We wish and plan to conduct such programs every week.

Short term Training:
To take up the responsibility of the newly planted churches and look after new believers in the villages, we started this programme at various places, with a vision to train at least 1000 workers within the next 5 years.

The students attend one-month residential session and then go for three months practical session. This way we conduct 3 such batches in a year. Most of our students are from Nepal, Bhutan, Assam, Bihar and North Bengal. To progress this training in the same tantum we require support / assistance.

We target to extend the training to 50 candidates every year and this is where we need your help.
